DAVE HOLLAND WINS FUNNY BIKE COMPETITION
Dave Holland, American Car Imports customer, proud owner of a new 345 bhp Dodge Ram HEMI, has won the Funny Bike Competition at the Excitement Nationals at Avon Park on 05/05/03. His ET was 7.267 @ 177.17 mph. On the photo below he can be seen receiving his trophy from Lee Child (on the right) – next to John Price, the voice of British drag racing, on the left. Lee Child, with his company LA Performance Services, runs the championship as promoter at Avon Park – he is also the man behind LA Racing Parts, the well known drag race parts supplier.
