28/02/2005 XTREME WHEELS 2005 2005 kicked off early for the ACI Racing team at the Xtreme Wheel International Show at Alexandra Palace in north London. As the venue was just literally up the hill from American Car Imports Wood Green headquaters, it was an I deal way to showcase aci’s racing talent along with some stunning new American vehicles. The stand comprised of the twice FIA Championship winning Top Methanol dragster with Dave Wilson and members of the crew in attendance for both busy show days, a brand new 2005 Ford Mustang GT and a 2005 Dodge Ram Hemi pick up. The Mustang GT was no ordinary show car though, having been test driven previously by Olympic rower James Cracknell with the feature appearing on the front page of The Telegraph motoring section. Also taking advantage of the shows many visitors were Silverline Tools. After re-newing as a marketing partner again for 2005 they joined ACI Racing in a fantastic prize draw to win VIP tickets to the drag racing, with runners up receiving Silverline Tools spending vouchers.
