ANOTHER SUCCESS FOR MALCOLM FRANCIS
Malcolm Francis, who’s already been successfully racing his stunning 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 in the Super Comp class, claimed another victory on the 29th June during the SPRC Summernationals at Santa Pod.
It was an outstanding final between 2 beautiful 1969 GM F-Bodies – Malcolm’s above mentioned red / silver Camaro and Brian Pateman’s very pretty red / white 1969 Pontiac Firebird. Malcolm beat at the steering wheel of his Camaro with an ET of 8.942 seconds at a top speed of 148.54 mph the car of Brian Pateman, who achieved an ET of 8.998 seconds at 153.52 mph – this was a close call indeed!
